The Quilting Process:
We will inspect your quilt, if backing needs to be pieced, we can piece it together (small additional charge)
If a small amount of ironing is needed to load it on the machine, there is no additional charge. However, if a quilt is severely wrinkled, we will need to iron it smooth for our quilting to shine on it. There is a charge, but it’s minimal to you!
Your quilt will be loaded and quilted on.
Upon completion of the quilting, we normal trim your quilt with a 1 inch buffer. We include the remaining batting and backing with your finished quilt. However, if you would like to donate those, we will be collecting the extra to fill pillowcases and sew shut for the Humane Society. If you would like for it not to be trimmed or for it to be a different measurement, please let us know. We are here to serve!
We will spend quality time with your quilt, nurturing stitches into your quilt top, enhancing your mad piecing skills!
After we are finished with your quilt, we promptly phone or email you with the final invoice.
We will take pictures of your finished quilt to show on our website and Facebook page. If you would like for your quilt to NOT be photographed, please let us know. We respect your wishes
After payment is received, you can pick up your quilt at my studio or we can ship out to you!
